What’s the scoop on what’s happening in the real estate world? Well today, I’m going to tell you! AND I’m also going to keep you in the loop about what’s going on with my company, TEM Capital!

First off, me and my wife, Heather, have had the craziest last few months with filming for the new season of The Flipping El Moussas and also raising the kids! We both have a ton of exciting things coming on the business side of things and can’t wait for you to see it!


Last week, TEM Capital had some exciting news to share. We just closed our deal on the Rise West Arlington Apartments in Dallas, Texas! It’s a huge property with 220 apartments that’s been around since 1985. So I just wanted to say a big thank you to all our investors and partners for trusting us with this project.

MY BIGGEST FLIP YET! Who wants to own it with me?

We just bought The Ridley Apartments, a 405-unit apartment building in Houston, TX… and I want you to buy this home run deal with me! We bought this building for $27mm and we feel that AFTER we complete the renovation, The Ridley Apartments will turn into a $38.5 mm property. Orlando’s Rental Market is BOOKED and BUSY

Exploring the Interest Rate Rollercoaster over the Past Year

Despite predictions that interest rates would fall in 2024, the Federal Open Market Committee has not cut them as expected. Markets now anticipate that one or two interest rate cuts will come later in the year.

This is because progress on lowering inflation is taking longer than expected. Despite relatively restrictive interest rates, the job market has remained robust, removing a concern that could have prompted rate cuts. Stay tuned and we will continue to provide insight into the coming trends.
